Please inspect your package upon delivery to make sure it has no damage. All package damage must be reported to the shipper upon receipt. No returns will be accepted without package damage being reported to the carrier. We recommend taking a snapshot of the damage with a smartphone or portable device to document the damage. In the unlikely event there is damage to the contents of your package when opened, you must notify our customer service department at support@CanvasAndMetalPrints.com within 7 days. We recommend forwarding a picture of the damage in the email to speed up processing your return and shipping out the replacement product. All returns must obtain a return authorization number for the return. As a reminder, in the manufacturing of this product there are rare slight imperfections in the coating process. We inspect every product before and after the infusion process to ensure only the highest quality images are shipped out. There will be no returns allowed for these slight imperfections.
