All damages must be reported immediately to shipper and our company emailed at support@canvasandmetalprints.com within 2 days of delivery noting the type of damage and a photograph of the damage or product defect. No returns will be authorized without proper documentation and a return authorization from our company. Due to the process used in manufacturing metal prints, they may have slight blemishes which are standard in the industry and returns are not allowed for these blemishes. Every effort is made to make sure that these blemishes do not effect the beauty of your finished product.
